FOR COMPANY REGISTRATION
1. Company Name
The name of the company has to be checked and approved before registration. Generally, company names should not contain vulgar or inappropriate words or the usage of national symbols such as "Merlion". Have a few alternative names in mind to ensure that your company name receives approval.

2. Business Nature Activities
For the company’s principal activities, you can select up to a maximum of 2 types of business nature activities.

3. Registered Address
For the company’s registered office, It should be a physical office address located in Singapore. It’s a requirement to have a Singapore local address for your Singapore company incorporation.

4. Share Capital
The minimum paid-up capital requirement for setting up a company in Singapore is S$1.00. The amount can be increased after your Singapore company incorporation process is successful.

5. Shareholding
It is a requirement that at least one director is a local resident in Singapore. You can have anywhere between 1-50 shareholders, which may or may not be directors.

6. Company Secretary
